🔧 Responsibilities:
Full-cycle payroll processing (including salaried employees, part-timers, sick leaves, vacations, and compensations);
Maintenance of personnel documentation (staff lists, time sheets, employee files, orders, applications);
Preparation and submission of mandatory reports (single social contribution, personal income tax, unified report, pension fund, and statistical reporting);
Work in digital accounting and reporting platforms (M.E.Doc, Taxpayer E‑Cabinet, Pension Fund portal);
Consulting clients and finding lawful, practical solutions to payroll and personnel questions.
✅ We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel recordkeeping;
Understands Ukrainian labor legislation and tax regulations related to payroll;
Can effectively manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously;
Is accurate, discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented;

Key Responsibilities
Processing primary accounting documentation of clients
